The space
Your Day…
La Mañana: The two spacious comfortable bedrooms enter into a bright, open living space. Open the doors to the balcony, and you will feel the amazing breeze and smells of the ocean town. After your delicious locally grown coffee is finished brewing, pour a cup and make your way up to the rooftop deck to enjoy a relaxing start to your day overlooking the ocean and listening to the birds. Next, indulge in a yoga/meditation practice while absorbing the ocean’s energy and the hug from the jungle canopy.
La Tarde: Between your yoga, workout, surfing, meditation, breathwork, beach day, volleyball, paddle boarding, you can make your way back to get some work done with the high-speed WiFi for all of your video, podcasting and other needs.
La Noche: After enjoying the beautiful sunset, you can retire to the rooftop and enjoy your beverage of choice while sitting on the beautifully lit rooftop deck absorbing the stars and the glow of town.

There are two full bathrooms, one off the Master bedroom and the other just outside the second bedroom. New water heater and large cistern to ensure that you with have hot showers and strong water pressure.

BEAUTIFUL ROOFTOP DECK
The large roof-top deck has wonderful ocean views and is perfect for yoga, meditation, work and relaxing with a book or a beverage of choice after a wonderful day.

HOST AND PERSONAL CONCIERGE
Once booking is confirmed, you will be connected to your bilingual (English/Spanish) host and personal concierge who is a local and has years of experience in guest/community relations in Sayulita. He can assist with any pre and post check-in needs you may have (airport transportation, golf cart rentals, excursions, reservations, etc)

LOCATION
Casa Azul Loco is in a wonderful location on the south side of town that allows guests to escape the noise and bustle of Sayulita at the end of a magical day. It is a short walk to town and beach

PARKING
Given Casa Azul’s location, guests will not need transportation as everything is within walking distance. That being said, some guests find that golf carts helpful for getting around. There is private parking for golf carts and charging outlets on-premises. Street parking is available as the casa is located on a dead-end street

AIR CONDITIONING
Please be aware of the high cost of electricity in Mexico. Use of Air conditioning in bedrooms is provided as a convenience to guests. Please do not leave A/C on when not in the room, close all doors and windows when using.
NOISE
All guests agree to keep excessive noise to a minimum and be aware and respectful of the neighbors. Loud noise or music is not permitted after 11 pm. Under no circumstances may any parties or events take place at the house. The owners take great care to make the house a relaxing place to enjoy while visiting, so to ensure the overall quality and appearance of the property these policies are strictly enforced.
GUESTS
The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is the number of people stated on the reservation. Any increase must be approved prior to arrival. No guest may assign this agreement or sublet use of any part of the house.
PETS
Non/light shedding pets are permitted, but are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Pet's may be left unattended, however, bedroom doors need to be closed to avoid entry.
NATURE
Critters such as ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, and many other things are native to this area and it is typical in the jungle to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures inside and around homes. Our staff will take care of such sightings with traps, spray etc, but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures and want to prepare our guests for what to expect.

This place is such a gem! I’ve been coming to Sayulita for 3 years and this is my fav place for sure and I’ll def be coming back here next time. The place is in a great location (even though you have to walk up a hill) to be close to all the action but still get quiet at night. The outdoor space is great and having my morning coffee overlooking the ocean and being nestled in the trees hearing the birds and seeing the iguana is something I miss already. Wifi is also very strong. My partner and I are digital nomads and worked from home and never had connection issues. Outside of the place being great, the host is great. I felt like family immediately, was completely taken care of and if I had any questions about anything I knew I could reach out. Fantastic hosts and wonderful spot. Kevin’s place was a home run. Close to everything , easy walk to all places and very quite at night. The place has everything ! Comfortable beds, full kitchen supplies , hot water , A/C. We felt at home and Kevin was helpful with our inquiries. Cesar hook us up with a taxi from and to PV airport. I definitely recommended. We’ll be back .Daniel – San Diego, CAJuly 2023

The place is beautiful, you look down onto the partying city in your relative silence over the bay, free from the noise but easily enough to roam it should you care to. Kevin and team are a step ahead of every detail!

This place is one of the best, if not, THE BEST, digital nomad spots in Sayulita. The wifi was constantly 125 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload. I am technically not allowed to work remote and I sat through numerous Zoom/Teams video calls with no problem at all. The rooms are built for long-term stays, with THE COMFIEST beds in Mexico and always hot showers (not that you need it in Sayulita). If I didn’t have to go home for work, I’d be here forever. The location is great as well, far enough away from the city center that it feels like you’re in a jungle but close enough that you can stumble home in 8 mins. What made this place really special was the hospitality. Kevin and Cesar (Kevin’s go to guy in Sayulita) made sure I had everything I needed whenever I needed it. Cesar is well connected in the community and can get you anything you need (golfcart, surfboards, sunscreen, and he would probably give you a massage if you asked for it…). Gracias por todo amigos, I’ll be back soon!
